Onir, who shot to instant fame with his debut film My Brother Nikhil, which was followed by Bas Ek Pal, a thriller, has signed the music composer Mithoon for his next film, which is an adaptation of the classic hit Chashme Baddoor. Onir has given Mithoon his first break in Bas Ek Pal. Onir has recently returned from start to end shoot schedule of Sorry Bhai in Mauritius which stars Shabana Azmi, Boman Irani, Sanjay Suri, Sharman Joshi and Chitrangda Singh. Talking about the status of the film, Onir says, “We are in the dubbing process of the film and are working on the background music. The post production stage is on. At this moment all that I can tell you is that we would be ready with Sorry Bhai by June end.” When asked about his further course of films, Onir reveals, “Besides all this, I am working on a script, with a German author, which is set in Kashmir. I will soon be going to Germany to complete the script. It’s a film that I will be directing. Along with it, there’s another film that I will be producing with Sanjay Suri but not directing. The film is a thriller and is called Kill Chhabra. It will be directed by Ashwini Mallik, who also wrote Sorry Bhai for me. Kill Chhabra will feature Sanjay Suri, Gul Panag and Manav Kaul. We are looking out for two more girls and one guy. This film will get rolling by July.”
