As you might know that Special Olympics is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. Special Olympics World Winter Games will be held in Boise, Idaho, USA from February 2 to 13, 2009. Prior to the World Winter Games, a Global Law Enforcement Torch Run is organized and Delhi will be one of the Host cities for the Torch Run.
