Pourudu To Clash With OM, Krishna

Now add SS Creations' Sumanth-Kajal starrer Pourudu to the list of Sankranthi releases this year. Yes, producer D. Supriya [of Akkada Ammai Ikkada Abbai fame] has decided to brave the strong oppositions [Okka Magadu, Krishna] and release her film on January 12. "Ask not what the country can do for you, but what you can do for the country - this is what the main protagonist [Sumanth] believes in. It is a message oriented film which looks at an ideal Indian youth," informs D. Supriya. Presented by Annapurna Studios and directed by debutant Raaj Aadithya, the film has music by Mani Sharma, dialogues by Marudhuri Raja, editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh, art by Ravindar and cinematography by Sudhakar Yakkanti.
